Lyman Louis Lemnitzer (August 29, 1899 – November 12, 1988) was born in Honesdale, Pennsylvania. James E. Moore was a United States (U.S.) Army officer. He graduated from the United States Military Academy (USMA), West Point in the Class of 1924.
